Job Duties
- Clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans thoroughly
- maintain kitchen sanitation and organization
- follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- assist kitchen staff by ensuring availability of clean equipment
- transport items and containers weighing up to 50 pounds to and from stock and kitchen locations
- stand for long periods while performing cleaning duties
- clean as you go and stay organized during busy shifts
