- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Flexible availability including some weekends
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties
- Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of the dish and pot washing area
- Operates dish machine(s) according to Food Safety Standards
- Properly wash and sanitize all dishes, china, silverware, glassware, utensils, and cookware
- Maintain pot and pan sink set up according to Food Safety Standards
- Clean large and small production equipment such as stoves, ovens, fryers, microwaves, mixers, slicers, refrigerators, freezers, work tables, prep sinks, hoods, and ventilation screens
- Perform janitorial duties in dining areas including the Dining Room and Bistro
- Handle storage and rotation of food and supplies following sanitary procedures and standards
