Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook, or Fry/Salad Chef
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Jim 'N Nick's standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with inventory management and stock supplies
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Support other kitchen roles such as prep or expediting as needed
  • Uphold the core values of honesty, respect, commitment, discipline, and supportiveness
