- Previous experience as a Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook, or Fry/Salad Chef
- Strong team player with a positive attitude

- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Jim 'N Nick's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stock supplies
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Support other kitchen roles such as prep or expediting as needed
- Uphold the core values of honesty, respect, commitment, discipline, and supportiveness
