Job Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area and back-of-house spaces
- support the kitchen team by ensuring a steady supply of clean cookware and service items
- assist with trash removal, recycling, and proper disposal of waste
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties as assigned
- communicate with kitchen teammates to support efficient service flow
- take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel
