Job Duties

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • Maintain a consistent stock of clean dishes and smallwares
  • Adhere to food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Dispose of trash and remove linen bags in a timely manner
  • Monitor dishwashing equipment performance and compliance with rinse and wash temperature requirements
  • Collaborate effectively with the culinary team in a fast-paced environment
  • Support a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
