Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Maintain a consistent stock of clean dishes and smallwares
- Adhere to food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- Dispose of trash and remove linen bags in a timely manner
- Monitor dishwashing equipment performance and compliance with rinse and wash temperature requirements
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary team in a fast-paced environment
- Support a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
