- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to operate dishwashing machines
- knowledge of sanitation standards
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
- maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards

- contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
