Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
- keep dishwashing and utensil storage areas clean and organized
- remove trash and recycling from kitchen areas
- assist kitchen staff as needed with basic food preparation
- follow health and safety regulations
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- report any equipment malfunctions to management
