Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
- Willingness to comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Must not consume alcohol during employment
- Must be able to perform emergency and safety functions essential to safe ship operation

Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
- Receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
- Ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
- Creating genuine rapport with our guests and catering to all galley requests in an efficient manner
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, assisting during special events including afternoon teas and snacks, and participating in evening entertainment
