Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required

Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual issues
- uses chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- safely operates all equipment
- cleans and sanitizes all dishware, flatware, and glassware
- carefully sorts dishware and flatware to prevent loss
- cleans and sanitizes kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- adheres to company safety and sanitation policies
- handles glassware and dishware to minimize breakage
- empties trash and maintains cleanliness of trash cans
- assists kitchen staff with pressure point relief
- assists with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dishes
- helps with prep and banquet items as directed
- cleans and maintains kitchen and dish areas, including floors, walls, and drains
- maintains kitchen storage, cleanliness, and stocking
- cleans and maintains all mats
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- maintains friendly demeanor and smiles while working various shifts
- communicates clearly with guests and team members
- dresses in accordance with company dress guidelines ensuring neatness and professionalism
- complies with all work schedules including days, nights, and weekends as required
- demonstrates discipline and self-motivation
- observes all health and safety requirements
