Job Duties
- Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and place in dishwashing machine
- Wash pots, pans, trays, work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooling equipment, and floors by hand or machine
- Clean garbage cans and trash receptacles and remove trash and garbage to dumpster area
- Assemble, maintain, and break down dish machine
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining area
- Follow safety and hygiene standards during cleaning
- Support team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
