Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently.
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- Discipline and self-motivation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow dress guidelines for professional appearance
- Ability to assist other team members and promote positive morale and productivity.
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- Carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Handle glassware and dishware carefully to eliminate breakage
- Empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- Assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- Assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Assist in the maintenance of kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- Clean and maintain all mats
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment
- Smile and be friendly while working days, nights and/or weekends.
