Job Duties
- assists with food tray preparation during meal service hours
- cleans and washes dishes by hand or machine including trays, silverware, and pots and pans for morning, lunch, and dinner meals
- ensures the sanitation of the kitchen work area by cleaning and washing machines, mopping the floor, taking garbage to the dumpster
- maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dish room and pot sink work areas
- performs related duties as assigned
