Job Requirements
- Prior experience in back-of-house and utility roles
- ability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
- availability to work varying shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
- ability to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with dishwashing machines
- washes pots, pans and trays following assigned procedures ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, and hand cloths as appropriate
- ensures compliance with all safety procedures
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per sanitation standards
- keeps dishwashing area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation guidelines
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces
- removes trash, places it in designated containers, and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assists with loading and unloading supplies and products
- performs other duties as assigned
