Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand
- Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked
- Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager
- Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
- Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas
- Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
- Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management
