Job Duties
- Performs a variety of tasks associated with the operation of dishwashing and pot washing equipment including washing handling storing and transporting of dishes glassware silver utensils pots and pans
- Disposes of trash recyclables and compost from soiled trays dishes pots and pans as well as work areas and dining rooms
- Cleans carts crescors and kitchen equipment such as ovens broilers deep fat fryers
- Handles all items with a focus on sanitation and safety
- Sweeps and mops floors
- Performs other related duties as assigned
