Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and guest and team member touch points
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and equipment
- follow safety and sanitation standards
- assist in proper waste disposal and recycling
- support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of clean dishware
- monitor dishwashing supplies and report shortages
- comply with all health regulations and company policies
