Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- age 18 or older

Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment
- support team with genuine hospitality and passion for teamwork
- follow health and safety regulations strictly
- contribute to the overall cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
