Job Duties

  • Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other equipment
  • Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and furnishings to maintain a safe environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate well with the restaurant team
  • Ensure sufficient quantities of clean items are available for service
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen safety and sanitation
