Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dishwashing or related role preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capable of handling physical demands of the job
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under supervision and take direction

Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
- Support team members by keeping kitchen and dining areas orderly
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
