Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow directions closely

Job Duties

  • Wash pots and pans following A.S.I. guidelines
  • Maintain a clean work environment in pot washer area
  • Maintain kitchen area, floors, walls, equipment clean
  • Maintain clean walk-in coolers
  • Handle food and beverage deliveries and restock/store food products according to first in/first out guidelines
  • Help with basic food preparation when all other work is done
  • Coordinate with Executive Chef/Sous Chef/Supervisor work priorities and provide assistance and perform other duties as requested by management
  • attend meetings as required by management
