Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Ensure dishes and kitchen utensils are sanitized according to health and safety standards
- Assist kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Remove trash from kitchen and dispose of it properly
- Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines consistently
