Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely
- capacity to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- must be reliable and punctual
- ability to follow instructions and work under pressure

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when required
- manage waste disposal and recycling procedures
- organize and restock dishware and supplies
- support team efforts to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow
