Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- ability to stand and move about the restaurant during 8 to 12 hour shifts
- team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- physical stamina to meet the demands of the job
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in culinary or kitchen support roles preferred
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- strong attention to detail
- good team player with ability to multi-task
- understanding of sanitation and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- working as one kitchen by supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
- focusing on your team and guests by making decisions with guest and team in mind
- following all cleanliness and safety protocols
