Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Support culinary operations by washing dishes, putting away dish loads and performing other kitchen duties as necessary including some food prep work
- Assist with receiving of products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most effective and safest way possible
- Follow safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor dishwashing equipment for proper operation and report any maintenance needs
- Adhere to company standards and procedures at all times
