Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dining or hospitality a plus
- Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the workday
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs independently
- Must be able to push and pull bus carts weighing up to 50 lbs independently
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and balance frequently throughout the workday
- Must be able to see, hear, and speak effectively
Job Qualifications
- Experience washing dishes preferred
- Ability to work with supervisors, residents and peers
- Demonstrate good organizational skills
- Show professionalism and dependability
- Possess a positive attitude and teamwork mentality
Job Duties
- Work in a state-of-the-art kitchen preparing and serving fine dining/restaurant style meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, residents, and peers to ensure smooth operation
- Exhibit professionalism and dependability throughout the workday
- Participate actively as a positive team member
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Support the overall hospitality experience for residents and guests
