Job Duties
- Wash pots, pans and utensils
- place washed items in proper storage areas using safe ware washing techniques
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing machine, dish/kitchen areas and workstation
- clean and sanitize dishware, floors, coolers, and freezers
- refill dishwasher chemicals as needed
- clean storage racks
- participate in daily stand-up meetings
- timely completion of computer assisted training
- empty trash containers, wash and replace liners
- remove trash to portable dump cart and then to large dump receptacle
- clean and wash fry and steam kettles
- assist in arranging food and dry storage items
- utilize safe ware washing and lifting techniques
- comply with property appearance standards
- maintain punctual and regular attendance
