Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Wash pots, pans and utensils
- Place washed items in their proper storage areas using safe ware washing techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing machine, dish/kitchen areas and workstations
- Clean and sanitize dishware, floors, coolers, and freezers as necessary
- Refill dishwasher chemicals as needed
- Clean storage racks as needed
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings
- Complete computer-assisted training timely
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Remove trash items to portable and large dump receptacles
- Clean fry and steam kettles as needed
- Assist in arranging food and dry storage items
- Use safe ware washing and lifting techniques
- Comply with property appearance standards
- Exhibit punctual and regular attendance
