Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- Empty all kitchen and other area trash bins
- Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, including preparation of Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other assigned tasks
- Focus on team and customers, ensuring every decision considers their needs
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
