Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Must be able to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting, standing and manual cleaning tasks
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours within scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with a dishwashing machine
- Washes pots, pans and trays according to assigned procedures
- Polishes silverware using various equipment to ensure cleanliness
- Maintains compliance with safety procedures
- Keeps dish area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors for sanitation
- Removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Helps load and unload supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned
