Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in family entertainment centers preferred but not required
- ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends
- physical capability to stand or walk for extended periods
- able to lift and move items up to 15 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
- effective communication skills

Job Duties
- clean all dish and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations
- work closely with bussers and cooks in stocking dishware and keeping dish areas clean
- ensure the availability of clean plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and utensils
- understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures
- maintain detailed cleaning standards including sweeping, mopping, dish racks and storage areas
- take out trash, replace trash bags and wash trash cans
- observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence
