Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70lbs occasionally
- Flexibility in work hours
- Basic understanding of sanitation processes
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including frequent bending and stooping
- Ability to work indoors 75% and outdoors 25%
- Capability to work safely with hot plates and sharp utensils
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation policies
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining required standards of operation
- Ability to follow handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to handle utensils glassware plate-ware and equipment properly and carefully to avoid breakage
- Stamina to stand 100% of shift
- Capability to lift and carry weights of up to 70lbs
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
- Comfort working frequently in hot and damp environment
- Experience with safety and sanitation policies preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Comes to work promptly and regularly and is flexible in hours of employment
- Provides guests and team members with clean sanitized and spot-free utensils plate-ware glassware and equipment
- Sets up dish machine in the AM and closes down the dish machine in the PM according to proper procedures
- Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine
- Trouble-shoots dishwasher machine malfunctions
- Washes plate-ware glassware silverware and pots pans and kitchen utensils adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Keeps the kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash
