Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus
- ability to stand for long periods
- capable of bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and stretching
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
- good communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- clean all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils used throughout the shift by employees and guests
- help put away deliveries
- keep the dishwasher in good working order
- set up the three compartment sink for all equipment that has to be hand washed
- be knowledgeable of the chemicals used at each step of the cleaning process
- sweep and mop floors as needed
- keep open communication with team members
