Job Requirements
- Ability to perform moderate physical work and lift up to 40 lbs, up to 30 lbs frequently
- ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, stand, push, lift, and grasp for up to 5 hours without sitting
- sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes
- adherence to safety guidelines including no climbing ladders over 8 ft or accessing restricted areas
- willingness to perform assigned duties as needed
- good organizational and verbal skills
- ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Prepares tableware for washing, receives or collects tableware to be washed, and removes food residue with a scraper, sorts china, glassware, and silverware, placing each in separate racks or trays
- set up dish washing machine, turn machine on, check soap, rinse supply, and ensure empty food strainers
- prepare glassware for washing, empty liquids left in glasses, separate glasses according to size by placing glassware in sectioned glass racks
- dries and polishes glassware with clean dishtowels, sorting individual pieces if necessary
- clean dish washing equipment and working area
- collects garbage from dining room, kitchen grills, and other collection areas, examines garbage for silverware and dishes
- delivers retrieved silverware and dishes to respective areas
- cleans garbage cans thoroughly with hot soapy water and steam
- performs other duties such as keeping record of broken dishes, sweeping and mopping kitchen floor periodically
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas as per F&B Manual
- complete opening and closing checklists as outlined in the F&B Manual
- conduct daily walkthrough to ensure the facility is safe and presentable and courtesy and efficiency are exercised
- protect the assets of the Club
- operate within guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints established by Hampton Golf
