Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting
  • Good communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Must comply with local health department laws

Job Duties

  • Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to the guest
  • Clean the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment for guests and co-workers
  • Clean around the outside of the building and the parking lot
  • Check, clean, and stock the rest rooms
  • Empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans and back dock area clean
  • Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area
  • Perform duty roster and ensures cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
  • Follow local health department laws
  • Stock cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
  • Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
  • Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the manager
  • Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
