Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to maintain proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Availability to adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
  • Keep the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
  • Maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
  • Ensure all dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned
  • Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of work area
  • Follow all safety and food handling guidelines and procedures
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed
