Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- willingness to learn and follow instructions

- ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is an advantage
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Job Duties
- communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- keep the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- ensure utensils, plates, and cooking tools are spotless and readily available
- assist kitchen staff as needed to support food preparation and service
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- report any maintenance issues or shortages to management
