Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- Physical ability to perform repetitive motions involving bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and stretching
- Capacity to work standing for up to 8 hours
- Willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety standards
- Basic understanding of chemical use in cleaning processes
- Dependable and punctual work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a dishwashing or similar role is advantageous
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of activity
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Cleaning all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils used throughout the shift by employees and guests
- Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards
- Set up the three compartment sink for all equipment that has to be hand washed
- Be knowledgeable of the chemicals used for each process
- Sweep and mop when needed
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs
- Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
- Requires use of motion that entails, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
