Job Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- must comply with all company policies and procedures
- regular and consistent attendance
- must be able to work well with other team members and managers
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- must be able to be on feet for extended periods
- may be asked to drive a company vehicle or golf cart
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
- basic knowledge and understanding of math
- ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals
Job Duties
- Responsible for washing, drying and organizing all cooking utensils, storage containers and pots
- sweeps and mops at completion of each shift
- lays down kitchen mats
- operates and maintains the dish machine
- assists waitstaff with glass storage
- maintains plate cabinets and the pantry in an orderly fashion
- empties all trash and recycling bins
- scrubs floors daily alongside line cooks
- contributes to small prep projects
- assists in deep cleaning of kitchen
