Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand
- keep the dishwasher clean and stocked
- immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager
- monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
- clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas
- organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
- maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- perform other duties as assigned by store management
