Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- minimum of one year of related or equivalent experience
- ability to operate large electric machines
- physical ability to perform lifting and manual tasks safely
- must have open availability to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Operates large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards
- assists with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and products
- segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers
- steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas
- complies with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements
