Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- ability to stand for long shifts of 8 to 12 hours

Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- supporting the cooks with prep work including preparing Cheddar Bay biscuits and other tasks as needed
- focusing on team collaboration and guest satisfaction in every decision
- following all cleanliness and safety protocols
