Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to lift heavy items such as pots and pans
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures

Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and thoroughly
- operate commercial dishwashing equipment and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed
- maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station
- monitor and replace dishwashing detergents and chemicals as needed
- assist kitchen staff by cleaning food prep areas and equipment
- ensure that floors, walls, and kitchen surfaces are clean and free of hazards
- empty trash and recycling bins, following proper disposal procedures
- follow safety and sanitation standards to comply with health regulations
