Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in dishwashing or similar role
- Possess a valid Food Handlers license in Texas
- Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently
- Capability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a background check

- At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferred
- Applicable work history and Food Handlers license required in Texas
- Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
- Submit to a background check
- Must be 18 years old
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Working as a dishwasher during events
- Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher
- Hand wash items as necessary
- Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately
- Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service time
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors
- Ensure compliance HACCP within the kitchen areas
- Exhibit a teamwork atmosphere
- Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
