Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work Monday through Friday with Sunday availability
- capacity to work 8 hour shifts between 12 00 pm and 11 00 pm
- physical ability to perform janitorial and cleaning tasks including lifting bending and standing
- familiarity with commercial kitchen cleaning procedures and chemicals
- compliance with company safety and hygiene policies
- punctuality and adherence to schedule and uniform requirements
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or janitorial role preferred
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending lifting and standing for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to follow sanitation and food safety guidelines
- good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- working with janitorial functions dishwashing office cleaning bathroom cleaning and performing deep cleaning and any facilities-related functions
- familiar with commercial kitchen cleaning cleaning chemicals and working on slippery floors
- ability to perform tasks related to plastic cutting boards sanding and restoring plastic cutting boards
- cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment utensils following the Master Sanitation Program of the company
- assisting whole culinary team with maintaining organization of smallwares and other equipment dish washing responsibilities
- comply with all company policies rules and regulations regarding safety personal hygiene GMP's operational methods and food safety guidelines
- must follow proper time and attendance uniform procedures and adheres to kitchen schedule
- performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this position
