Job Duties
- Provide clean and sanitized plates, glassware, and other kitchenware for employees and guests
- operate and maintain all kitchen equipment following proper safety and sanitation procedures
- keep dish area clean, organized, and sanitized
- participate in Islands Culture of Respect that promotes inclusion among all employees
- follow established hygiene and cleaning protocols to ensure kitchen safety
- assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
- adhere to company policies and procedures
