Job Duties
- Wash dishes through the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher
- clean the restaurant including floors, tables, and kitchen areas
- manage restaurant trash in accordance with property’s trash regulations
- unload deliveries and organize storage
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- perform other job-related duties assigned by supervisor
