Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
- ensure that all dishes are clean and sanitized
- sort and stack clean dishes
- assist with cleaning the kitchen and maintaining cleanliness standards
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager
