Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience preferred
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- willing to adhere to grooming and uniform standards
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures
- ability to operate and maintain dishwashing machines
- ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Job Duties
- Maintenance of dish area including ensuring dish machine is working properly
- must always be well groomed and in proper uniform and hat
- thorough understanding of dish machine maintenance and operation
- safe handling and knowledge of chemicals used in dish machine and kitchen
- understanding and following safety procedures including MSDS sheets
- keeping all back-of-house areas clean and clutter free including sweeping, mopping, drain cleaning, polishing
- monitoring and emptying all trash and recycling
- preparation of other items as needed
- support and participation in recycling and sanitation programs
