Job Duties
- Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- keep the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- ensure timely cleaning of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- support kitchen staff by promptly removing used cookware and maintaining dishwashing station
- follow all health and safety regulations
- assist with kitchen cleanliness and other tasks as assigned
