Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment helpful but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen support preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy kitchen items
Job Duties
- Support culinary operations by washing dishes, putting away dish loads and performing other kitchen duties as necessary, including some food prep work
- Assist with receiving of products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most effective and safest way possible
